A1b. Waiting for Breakfast
This scene takes place in the Taproom and Kitchen if the players choose to explore that far.
As the players are waiting for breakfast:
Gundren Rockseeker is asleep at the bar.
Renna Goresy is in the Kitchencooking.
Rubyis asleep at the fireplace.
Cakeis relaxing at the bar.
While waiting for their breakfast, the players can explore the Green Goat Inn as they please.
If the players inspect Gundren, read or paraphrase:
This sleeping dwarf wears a wide-brimmed hat and sports a long black beard braided with engraved brass tubes. He’s face-down in a bowl of porridge and snoring loudly.
If the players check Gundren’s pockets, he doesn’t wake up. (He’s a heavy sleeper, and doubly so due to his current exhaustion.)
Proceed to A1c. The Dragon in the Kitchen.
