The Siege

If the players make an assault on the Hall of Heroes, Eveline and Sebastien defend it as follows:

• The skeleton soldier vanguard holds the front lines, with the first row of skeletons taking the Dodge action with their shields (while using their Brace reaction to attack), the second row of skeletons attacking through the first row two-handed (while using their Brace reaction to attack), and the third row of skeletons (if any) moving forward to plug any gaps.

• The skeleton archers stand between the vanguard (in the front) and Evelin and Sebastien (in the rear), making attacks from a distance if they have a clear shot, and using their Volley action to attack over the front lines if not.

• The skeleton soldier and archer reserves flood in at Eveline or Sebastien's command to plug any holes in the vanguard and archers' lines.

• Guillaume smashes his way through the vanguard to attack whichever players look like the easiest or most satisfying meals, hauling his chosen prey away to devour in private once he's seized them.

• Roan stands behind the archers' line, casting spells while looking for any excuses that will permit his retreat under Eveline's compulsion.

• Eveline and Sebastien cast spells from behind the northern doors to the Vault of Day and the Vault of Dusk, respectively, retreating into the Gathering Hall (if able) if the fight is obviously lost.
