This scene takes place in The Sleeping Tower, specifically the Tower Exterior

As this scene begins:

• Flax and Gundren are with the party

Upon arrival, Flax excitedly welcomes the players to “his lair”—though he deflates immediately afterward, adding morosely, “for now, at least.”

If asked, or if relevant or appropriate, Flax might share his Loud Knowledge “Flax’s Lair” and “The Rat Warrens.”
